This mobile platform operates on smart phones, tablets and laptops and can be used anywhere there is an internet connection, whether at the same site or multiple locations. The innovative web based platform enables the training to be created quickly and efficiently. All instructors have access to the scenario interface, so can add media rapidly to meet the requirements of their training. This media includes video feeds, audio feeds, and social media e.g. Twitter and Facebook to add to the experience of a ‘real-time’ scenario.
The 4DiSimulator is designed to enable systemic thinking. We live in a complex world with complex issues, and sometimes it is possible to respond in a mechanistic way to the issues we face. The scenarios are designed to enable all participants to contribute, so a wide range of perspectives can be used to make more informed decisions.
